Let me tell you a little bit more about the person behind this website...
Vine Creative Studio is both a small business and a ministry, founded by Eljoh Hartzer, MTh.

Eljoh’s journey began on a sun-drenched wine farm in South Africa, where the rhythms of the vineyard first taught her to “abide in the Vine” (John 15). As her walk with Jesus deepened, she spent more than a decade serving in youth ministries—nurturing young hearts, leading Bible studies, and mentoring the next generation.
Driven by a passion for helping faith flourish, Eljoh pursued Practical Theology with a specialization in Youth Work. In a beautiful turn of providence, she married a winemaker—bringing her back among the vines she loved as a child and bridging her roots with her calling.
After three years of full-time ministry at a local church in Stellenbosch, Eljoh embraced a new chapter as a freelance writer and book editor. From her home in the Swartland, near Malmesbury, she collaborates with clients around the globe—shaping and polishing faith stories that resonate with truth and grace.
Artistically, Eljoh paints in watercolor, creating everything from uplifting prints to prophetic art and book/product illustrations. Through each brushstroke, she invites others into a posture of rest and surrender, the very lesson the vineyard has taught her.
